Finding a therapist can be a journey, and I’m happy that it’s brought you this far. Therapy, counseling, psychotherapy and all of its synonyms is a brave process that takes a strong will to enter into, and a level of endurance to commit and continue.

We as humans are brave and resilient people, who may also need some non-judgmental support. For those seeking support, it may appear that their life’s story may be unfolding or even unraveling.  It isn’t unusual to have assistance from another person to help us understand what we are experiencing within our minds, bodies, relationships or even in the world. The hope of eventually coming to peace with whatever that story may look like now is the goal of counseling.
