Payment and Insurance

I am currently paneled with Premera, Regence, most Blue Cross Blue Shield plans, and LifeWise. I’m also happy to accept Out-of-Network insurance plans such as First Choice, Kaiser/Group Health, Aetna, Cigna or Out-of-Pocket payment. I am not able to accept Medicare or Medicaid/Apple Health plans at this time.

Using the Simple Practice system, I am happy to bill insurance on your behalf. A credit card is kept on file for use and can be updated through the client portal that you will receive upon scheduling.

Every insurance plan is unique, and so for the best outcome, please contact your insurance provider to ensure coverage.

Depending on your insurance, you may have a deductible, co-pay, or co-insurance. I work Simple Practice’s for cardless transactions and Square or Check for in-person transactions.
