Payment and Insurance

I am currently paneled with Premera and Lifewise, Regence and most Blue Cross Blue Shield plans, and Aetna. I’m also happy to accept Out-of-Network insurance plans such as First Choice, Kaiser/Group Health, United, Cigna or Out-of-Pocket payment. I am not able to accept Medicare or Medicaid/Apple Health plans at this time. The Out of Pocket cost for a sessions is $160/therapeutic hour as of 2026.

Using the Simple Practice system, I am happy to bill insurance on your behalf. A credit card is kept on file for use and can be updated through the client portal that you will receive upon scheduling. Depending on your insurance, you may have a deductible, co-pay, or co-insurance. I work Simple Practice’s for cardless transactions and Square or Check for in-person transactions.
